The government finally decided to pass a bill that was progressive, allowing users to unlock their cell phones which contradicts previous legislation that was passed in 2012 and applied early 2013. Reuters reports that the bill passed the house with a vote of 295 to 114 and excluded the action of bulk unlocking with resale. If the law passes the senate essentially it will become legal to unlock your device via any means. We will be sure to update our fans on unlocking tutorials if it becomes legal again.
